Toltec + Outlook + Kolab HOWTO (Classic Format):
This document is a step by step HOWTO to configure the Toltec Connector to work with the Kolab server. It is not however limited to this, this document can also be used to configure the Toltec Connector with other Cyrus IMAP servers.

Switching Outlook 2000 to Corporate Groupware Mode:
